• Minutes readability: timestamps are a little larger and darker, and members' names now display at full text strength instead of greyed out.
• Captions readability: the speaker-change divider and its timestamp are darker and easier to see, and the spacing between speakers has been tightened to reduce wasted space.
• More reliable captions: brief dropouts from a stalled connection to the broadcast now recover within seconds instead of occasionally leaving a gap of a minute or two.

• The captions full-screen button now lets you choose between filling the whole screen or just the browser tab.
• Fixed chamber status badges occasionally showing a stale state (e.g. "Scheduled" instead of "Live") after switching between the House and Federation tabs in the morning — both badges now stay accurate without needing a manual refresh.
• Admin Operational health page now also shows CPU usage, event-loop lag, and memory as a share of the container limit.

• Caption text-size buttons (A−/A+) now work before captions start, so the size can be set during start-of-day setup. The "Waiting for the House to begin sitting" message previews the chosen size, and it carries over once captions begin.

• Reduced server load per viewer — the site can comfortably handle roughly twice as many people watching live at once.
• Cleaner formatting in the minutes panel: continuation lines under a numbered clause (e.g. multiple bills under "Bills referred to Federation Chamber") now hang-indent properly instead of running flush left, and the nested-clause indent has been tightened.
• Questions in the minutes panel are now clearly marked as clickable — a small arrow appears on hover. Clicking a question now also opens the captions panel automatically if it isn't already showing, then jumps to that question.

• New admin Operational health page (under Admin → Operational health). Shows live memory usage, scheduler state, today's scrape activity, and active viewer connections — auto-refreshing every 10 seconds. Lets the team see how the running container is going without needing direct access to the server.

• Live minutes and Question Time markers now appear within a fraction of a second of being scraped, instead of waiting up to 5–10 seconds for the next refresh.

• Reduced the background data each viewer's browser pulls from the server, letting the site handle many more concurrent viewers during sitting days.

• Fixed a server memory issue that contributed to load-driven outages under heavy traffic.
• The bottom line of the captions panel no longer looks washed out where the scrub slider overlays it — the slider now sits in its own strip below the captions instead of fading them.

• Admin QT marker page now loads the full day's captions on open — so if the browser closes mid-Question-Time, reloading picks up where things left off rather than starting from scratch.

• Question Time auto-ends as soon as the next numbered minute item arrives after Questions (e.g. Auditor-General's report) — no more manual End QT in admin for the usual case. Intra-QT additions like points of order are correctly ignored. Admin can still force End or Reopen if the auto signal is wrong.
• Federation Chamber captions no longer show House Question-Time markers. QT only applies to the House, so the Fed panel now ignores QT structure entirely.

• Fixed live minutes not picking up new speakers and other within-item updates automatically — the page now reflects each scrape as it lands, instead of needing a manual refresh.
• Hardened the live updates so a transient startup hiccup can no longer pause them for the day.

• Captions full-screen button now uses true browser fullscreen, hiding tabs and address bar for maximum reading space. Press Esc to exit.
• Browser tab title now shows the environment on non-prod deploys (e.g. "HouseLive - Test"), so it's clear at a glance which environment you're looking at.

• Pinned question banner now tracks the most recently marked question, with a clear label.
• End QT hides the pinned banner; markers and click-to-jump still work, and the banner reappears on Reopen.
• Clicking a question in the minutes lands cleanly below the pinned banner instead of behind it.
